Terms: Payment Instructions upon booking.
Deposit: 50% of the total amount of the rental is required to confirm reservation.
If not received within 14 days of inquiry, reservation will be concelled.
Balance: To be paid on day of arrival.
Cancellations: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained.
An alternative booking will be accepted if dates are available.
For last minute bookings, full payment on day of arrival.

desired dates, including first night and last night.
When calling for reservations the above information will also be requested.
